GREEN FOOTWEAR ON EVEREST

On the slopes of Mount Everest, a frightening sight has held the imagination of climbers for decades. Dubbed "Green Boots," this remains is {aunseen reminder of the mountain's deadliness. Discovered in 1998 by a team of climbers, Green Boots has become a symbol on Everest. The boots are believed to be to a climber who died in an earlier season. Th
